Learners will master their multiplication facts through 12s in just 4 weeks! They will then learn how to apply this basic fact knowledge to solve multi-digit multiplication problems in the final week of the class.

Learners will:

✖️practice using specially designed flash cards that give a visual clue of the skills/strategy taught

This is a Self-Paced class meaning THERE ARE NO LIVE MEETINGS. Learners move AT THEIR OWN PACE while watching engaging, instructional videos of myself teaching the lessons. They will practice along with the recording, pausing to give themselves time to solve the problems, then starting the video when they are ready to check their work. After class, they can practice their skills with links I'll send to Kahoot and Blooket. They will also have a set of specially designed flash cards they can use to practice that show visual prompts for the skills we learn each week.

🎓A bit about my qualifications to teach this class:
I am Ms. Kelly, the owner and founder of Leaves of Learning Academy and I am the teacher of this Self-Paced class. I have been teaching 4th grade for 26 years! I have spent thousands of hours teaching thousands of students these multiplication strategies using this research-based, proven strategy for long term retention of the skills! 98%-100% of my 4th graders pass the Ohio State Test in Mathematics and over 75% score at the "accomplished" and "accelerated" levels each year.
