In this engaging, interactive class, students will develop listening comprehension skills in Spanish as they listen to a short poem or story each week. Class will be conducted largely in Spanish with English used only for clarification. Language will be made comprehensible through gestures and visuals as I use props and ask students to point to vocabulary items on their coloring sheets as I say them or act out relevant verbs.
