** THIS IS A FLEX CLASS AND DOES NOT HAVE LIVE MEETINGS ** In this 4 week course we will make 1 South African recipe a week. These recipes typically have a lot of inactive time which makes the Flex class ideal. I will guide students through the process by uploading step by step videos for each recipe every week. I will send out the complete recipe every Wednesday for the following week so that you can insure you have the correct supplies. General equipment required can include the following: Mixing bowls Measuring cups Measuring spoons Sieve Knives Large spoon/ Wooden spoon Deep frying pan or pot Slotted spoon Paper Towels Baking Trays Baking Paper.
