In this ongoing class every week we will complete a number of different (small) Lego building challenges. These classes will host a number of 2-10 minute builds. Challenges will involve recreating different historical and well-known buildings from around the world, building using blocks of just one color, building while eyes are closed. Students will have the opportunity to discuss how they built their different creations. Challenges will be timed, but as time allows, there will be time for free building, or sharing what they have built outside of this ongoing class. This class will give students the opportunity to ask and answer questions. They will be able to show off their creativity, while also completing fun challenges. Each week will have different themes for challenges, such as: animals, math-related builds, historic and well-known buildings, monochromatic (using all one color), nature, and others. These are non-competitive building challenges.
