As a mother and a Social Worker I have learned over my years the importance of having gratitude in our lives. This is something I have instilled in my own children teaching them we can find gratitude even when difficult times arise. Having gratitude helps us get through difficult times and allows us to see more clearly to remain positive and focused on all that is positive about us and what we have in life.
