We will first begin with a brief introduction of what brought each student to this class and why s/he wants to learn the Bill of Rights and is hoping to get out of the class. Next, I will teach the Bill of Rights (the key phrases of the first ten amendments to the US Constitution) in 20-25 mins. I will use PowerPoint slides with pictures as I teach the meaning of each amendment with hands signs and a song. At the end, I will let anyone who wants to tell everyone the key phrases of the Bill of...
Students will memorize the key phrases of the Bill of Rights and know what each amendment means.
I taught elementary school for eight years. I taught English online to children in China. I teach fun interactive group music classes to children. I have a passion to learning and teaching important historical American documents. My first class is the Bill of Rights, but look for more to come. Ideas for classes are welcome!
