Laser Lines is a 3-week Summer Camp designed to cover major cornerstones of linear equations, their geometry, their Physical interpretation and how they can be applied to answer a variety of questions. The course is designed by a weekly theme as follows: Week 1 - Visualize and feel This week is all about Geometry; we will understand the geometric and physical meaning of slope and apply it to different scenarios. After this course students will have a panoramic view of linear equations and how they are constructed, visualized, and used to create models and answer questions. They will have hands-on experience working with these equations and solving different configurations. They will gain experience in understanding the major setups in which linear equations are created from word-problems.

Homework is provided every week and is intended to review the exercises we do in class and some additional and exciting math challenges. Although homework is optional for this Summer Camp, it is highly recommended for students to spend at least one hour every week and to experience the joy of problem-solving.
