Throughout our time together, we will dive deep into the world of empathy, compassion, and understanding. Through interactive activities, group discussions, and a heartfelt story, we will learn what kindness is, how to foster kindness in our everyday lives and make a positive impact on those around us. Together, we will discover the joy and fulfillment that comes from treating others with kindness and respect. Let's embark on this remarkable journey of social skill development and kindness...
*Children will learn the importance of kindness. *Children will socialize together as we discuss being kind *Children will learn how being kind, or not, affects others
Teaching this lesson is important to me. In life, we do not have to like everyone and not everyone will like us but it is still important to be kind to everyone we meet.
Each student will need a single heart cut out from a piece of paper. The color or paper really doesn't matter as long as it is clean and crisp. Size should be at least a 7 x 10 heart for our activity. No cardboard cut outs please, children will be folding and creasing this paper for affect to create a wrinkled heart.
