I will teach our young chefs how to make simple dishes and occasionally desserts. We will talk about why we use the chosen ingredients and what are some healthy options or add-ins for the same dish. With no time to waste, we will jump into our meal preparation as soon as possible. I will give step-by-step instructions and will check on each learner throughout the session. Complete recipe will be provided several days before class begins, and the ingredients will not include anything difficult to find. Some recipes may include: kale cabbage chicken breast broccoli bacon coconut milk paprika oregano granulated garlic crushed red pepper flakes (optional) Some utensils will include: pot/pans high heat rubber spoons/wooden spoons mixing bowls apron (optional) oven mitts or potholders
This class will require students to use knives, stove, and oven. Please supervise if necessary.
