This in an introductory piano class using the Keyboard Kickoff book from the Piano Pronto curriculum. This book gets students reading music quickly and easily. It includes short written theory assignments with each song. The first few weeks, we will learn two short songs a class, then we will continue learning one new song each week. Games will be used at the end of class to reinforce theory concepts. Class format will be: 1. review the previous weeks songs 2. learn new musical concepts 3....
I have been playing the piano since the age of 6 and studied at the college level earning a minor in piano. I've been running a private piano studio for the past 8 years, teaching individual and group lessons to students of all ages.

Learners are expected to practice the song of the week and complete short written theory assignments. The theory assignments will not take more than 5 minutes each week. Plan to practice 10 minutes 4-5 days a week.0 - 1 每週課外時間
