Did you finish beginner level Korean?  Are you looking for intermediate level Korean class?  This is the right place to start!  In this 6 week class, as the first class of my intermediate level Korean curriculum, we're going to study how to express location, how to use conjunctions, and practice it with a native Korean teacher.  You'll be able to have conversations such as "Where is a hospital?-Go straight and turn right." or "What did you study yesterday?-I studied English, math, and science." in Korean after this class.

Here's the plan for what we're going to study each week!
Week 1 : 위치 - We're going to study about prepositions.  We're going to practice prepositions with vocabulary we already know.
Week 2 : 장소 - We're going to study vocabulary about location, such as "bank" or "theater."  We're going to practice making sentences with the vocabulary about prepositions and location.
Week 3 : 대화 연습 - Let's have conversations!  We'll be able to have conversations such as "Where is a pen?-It's under the desk." and "Where is a bank?-Go straight, turn left, then it'll be across the road." after this class.
Week 4 : 그리고, 그래서 - How to express "and" and "but" in Korean?  We're going to study about conjunctions and make our sentences better than before!
Week 5 : 축구랑 농구랑 야구 - "I played soccer, basketball, and baseball."  We're going to study how to list in this week.  We're going to focus on practicing conversations with the expressions we studied in the 4th and the 5th weeks.
Week 6 : 종합 연습 - We're going to review what we learned for 5 weeks, and we're going to have a big conversation practice time! 
 Congratulations, you're officially on intermediate level in Korean!

We're going to work with slides made by BE Education.  We're going to practice reading, listening, speaking, and writing with the expressions we studied in the class.  There will be next level of following intermediate Korean classes as a series, and I offer more advanced classes and practice classes as well, so please take following classes if you're interested!  I'm looking forward to seeing you guys in the class :)

This class requires understanding of the Korean characters Hangul, and finishing beginner level Korean.  It can be difficult to take this class if you didn't finish beginner level Korean.  I recommend taking the beginner Korean classes I offer before taking this class, but it's not necessary if you check what we study in those classes and you think you already know it.  Feel free to join and let's have a fun time!

I offer total 7 intermediate Korean classes, and this class is the first of the seven classes.  If you follow this 7 class curriculum, you'll be able to improve your Korean quite significantly.  I offer beginner and advanced level Korean classes as well, so please take the beginner or advanced level classes if you're interested!

I'm a native Korean speaker who lived in Korea for 28 years and majored in biology.  I'm fluent in Korean and English both.  I got perfect score in Korean language, math and science sections in the Korean SAT.  I have experience working in college press and thesis correction in Korea.  I have taught Korean language to Korean students for college entrance exams and non-native students for more than 8 years.
