韓文發音閱讀練習+字彙！ - 正在進行中

Did you finish Korean characters?  Have you taken my beginner Korean classes?  Still not very comfortable with pronunciation and reading in Korean?  Let's practice pronunciation and reading in Korean here :)  I'm a native Korean speaker who lived in Korea for 28 years and have 7 years of teaching experience.  We're going to read various things up to the learner's level and practice pronunciation in this class.  This class has two parts during the 45 minutes.  The first part is studying basic vocabulary, so we can practice basic pronunciation and learn some basic vocabulary for other classes or the student's independent study at the same time.  The second part is reading literature.  Through reading poems or pieces of novels in Korean, we are going to practice pronunciation and reading, as well as the rhythm, respiration and intonation of speaking in Korean.  We're not trying to translate literature.  I'm going to translate the literature to English for you, but we're focusing on studying the pronunciation and reading to build fluency.  Even though you're on a beginner level, listening and reading Korean will be a great asset when you're learning grammar.  It'll be a great pace to practice reading and speaking in Korean, learn new vocabulary, and prepare for further study as well.

We're going to study with slides I make.  I'm going to bring vocabulary for each topic every week and a piece of literature as well.  I provide the slides I made for the class and the video I record all the Korean pronunciation in the class to let the students study after class.

The topics will be chosen about 2 weeks ahead.  We'll talk about new topics each week.  I'd appreciate your suggestions to choose future topics!

This class requires basic reading skill in Korean characters Hangul.  It doesn't need to be perfect and knowing how to read most of Hangul and knowing how it works will be enough to take this class.  You don't need to be on a higher level or be perfect at reading.

I'm a native Korean speaker who lived in Korea for 28 years.  I'm fluent in Korean and English both.  I got perfect score in Korean language, math and science sections in the Korean SAT.  I have experience working in college press and thesis correction in Korea.  I have taught Korean language to Korean students for college entrance exams and non-native students for more than 7 years.
