Structure, conditioning, and technique will be taught during this class. We will cover whatever the athlete is struggling with or wants to learn. Whether that is flexibility, strength, or a specific skill. Some examples: forward/backward roll, front/back walkover, cartwheels, bridge kickovers, ect. My class is pretty structured, paying attention is required. I like to keep things fun while working hard. We laugh when we mess up and we learn from our mistakes. I am a presenter. I like to show athletes what I expect from them so visual learners will be great in my class. My class is very interactive. It will be me majority of the time making games, stretches, and conditioning for them.
學習目標
To be more flexible than coming into the class. We will stretch before and after every session.
To be stronger than entering the class. We will do small conditioning assignments when we meet.

父母的引導和規範
Safety and privacy are my top priority. Please make sure all athletes have an open workout space, bear feet, a water bottle if needed, and some type of mat that is big enough for them to work on. No need to stretch beforehand, we will do that together. Please make sure you always have your eyes on your athlete for their safety and decreased risk of injury.
