This class is designed to explain, model, and help students organize their ideas into well organized, five paragraph essays. This writing class provides step by step examples to students who need to learn, or review, the basics of setting up a five paragraph essay. Each essay will be modeled for them. The teacher will provide whole group instruction, a sample essay, and afterwards students will begin working on their own essays. For homework, students will add their own thoughts and details...
The goal of this class will be to familiarize students with the structure of a five paragraph essay. They will gain practice through weekly writing and improve their writing skills with teacher feedback.
