In this lesson, learners will have fun listening to "A Cache of Jewels and Other Collective Nouns" by Ruth Heller. This book has beautiful illustrations to show many different collective nouns. After the book, we will play an interactive collective nouns game, where the students get to control the screen using their computer mouse or touch pad. Then we will make a cute collective noun craft. This class is great for children who are just learning about collective nouns, or to provide extra practice for learners who already know about collective nouns. Come join us in the classroom!

Students will improve their understanding of collective nouns. They will also be able to listen to a story and share collective nouns from the story. Students will get to practice using collective nouns during an interactive game. Finally, students will be able to sort collective nouns in their craft.
