Who swiped Mr. McGillicutty's prized polka-dot socks? In this lesson, learners will have fun listening to a story about ace reporter, Steve Scoop, and how he uses the tools of his trade - his trusty notebook and quotation marks - to solve a funny mystery. After the story, we will play an interactive quotation marks game, where the students get to control the screen with their mouse or touchpad and move quotation marks to the correct spots in sentences. Then we will make a quotation marks craft. The students will create sentences with quotation marks. This class is great for children just learning about quotation marks, or to provide extra practice for learners who already know about quotation marks. Let's start our quotation mark learning!
學習目標
Students will listen to a story and share sentences from the story that use quotation marks. Students will move quotation marks to the correct spots in sentences during an interactive game. Finally, students will write sentences using quotation marks.
