Students will be provided a writing prompt to respond to, then will be given the opportunity to share their response with the class. At the end of class, we will have a coloring or drawing project related to the writing prompt. Class expectations, reminder of materials needed, and an icebreaker question, game, or video will be shown the beginning of each class to get students ready to participate. I will often provide examples of how a student might respond to a writing prompt so they have a model they can follow if they feel stuck.

I'm passionate about helping kids to utilize their creativity and love of video games to create all sorts of fun arts & crafts to share with their friends and family. I also love to teach trivia about nature & animals!
I have a BA in English and have taught classes on Cambly to children from all over the world.
I believe that my online classroom encourages creative self-expression that can help kids to be better communicators and problem solvers.
As for me, I was actually homeschooled until I was 13, so I'm a huge advocate for alternative learning environments!評論
