Flowers is a colorful and vibrant garment which Nature has given to the world. To introduce students the beauty of each flower, this class is designed to help students study flowers from sketching and examine their hues by shading with colored pencils. The technique of shading, blending, and glazing will be covered and reviewed on each class so students can improve their artistic skills and understanding of color relationships. The reference of each lesson will be from a book called...
- Pencil (HB is recommended) - Eraser (Chopped diagonally) - Colored pencils (Prismacolor is recommended). - Q-Tips - Cotton balls (Brushes for substitution) - Baby oil (Cooking oil for substitution) - Thick paper (Mix-Media, Watercolor, or Bristol)
