鑽石衝刺！有趣的 Minecraft 採礦挑戰（基岩版）

***Learners will need to be prepared with a Minecraft account with multiplayer permissions enabled in order to join the class, which is hosted on a Bedrock Edition Realm.***

Finding diamonds is one of the best feelings for most Minecraft players. In this fun challenge, learners will see how many diamonds they can mine and craft, starting with just a book of coordinates.

They will join a prepared world and need to gather their own resources to craft pickaxes, torches and other equipment needed to go searching for diamonds.

Their book of coordinates lists 14 different diamond veins, which they have to try to collect before the time runs out.

This challenge will test their ability to work with coordinates, focus on their objective and communicate with their classmates to work effectively as a team.

If the learners manage to find all of the diamonds listed in their book of coordinates, then we'll have some time at the end of class to go searching for even more diamonds, discuss what they liked best about the challenge and explore the world further.

This challenge is recommended for students with some experience playing Minecraft already.

If only one learner enrolls on a particular class section, I will work with them to help them find as many diamonds as possible.
