***Learners will need to be prepared with a Minecraft account with multiplayer permissions enabled in order to join the class, which is hosted on a Bedrock Edition Realm.***

Building with redstone in Minecraft is a great way to develop logical thinking as well as build automated farms, secret bases, traps and more.

In this class, learners will discover what redstone is, how it works and the main components that beginners will need to be able to start experimenting with redstone power.

They will join a prepared world where they can interact with each component and see exactly how they all work together.

Learners will be able to put this knowledge to use in making simple redstone logic circuits of their own, either together or as a group project at the end of the class.

Learners should have prior experience playing Minecraft, but do not need to have any experience of working directly with redstone components.

My Redstone Engineering Club ongoing class is a great follow-on from this class as it gives learners the opportunity to work together on more redstone projects and experiments over a longer period of time.
