Students will gain an introduction to the Samba learning some basic technique steps within a solo Samba Dance Routine.

I have been teaching dance for over 20 years.  I am a qualified professional dance teacher with the NCDTA (Northern Counties Dance Teachers Association, UK) and the IDTA (International Dance Teachers Association). I have taught all ages of Ballroom from young to adult.  I am currently the Children's Program Director of a Dance Studio in the USA.  

I competed in Ballroom all over the U.K. until I turned Professional to pursue a teaching career during which time I have trained many Ballroom competitors successfully winning events around the U.K.  I also taught the Ballroom and Latin American Society at Durham University teaching hundreds of students every week for many years before moving to the USA.  I am also a fan of 'Dancing With The Stars' and followed the UK version 'Strictly Come Dancing'; even appearing on the BBC show in some fun features!
