創意寫作：創造自己的冒險

In this class, students will learn how to write an original adventure story from start to finish. They will explore essential creative writing skills, including character development, world-building, plot structure, creating conflict, and writing a resolution. By the end of the course, students will have completed their own adventure story and gained confidence in their storytelling abilities.

We will cover: 
Character Development - Creating a compelling hero with strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
World-Building - Designing an engaging and imaginative setting for the adventure.
Plot Structure - Understanding the elements of an adventure story—introduction, rising action, climax, and resolution.
Conflict and Tension - Crafting obstacles and villains to create excitement and challenge the hero.
Dialogue and Description - Writing effective dialogue and using descriptive language to bring the story to life.
Climax and Resolution- Building towards the story's climax and concluding the adventure in a satisfying way.

The class will run over four weeks, with each week focusing on a different key element of story development. Each session will consist of an Introduction to the Topic: A short lesson on the week's focus (e.g., character development, world-building). Interactive Activities: Creative exercises where students brainstorm, sketch, or outline their ideas with guidance. Discussion and Sharing: Students will have the chance to share their ideas and get feedback from the teacher and peers. Homework Assignment: Students will be encouraged to write part of their story each week, building it progressively.

My teaching style is engaging, supportive, and creative. I aim to create a positive, encouraging space where students feel comfortable expressing their ideas and exploring their creativity. I believe in active learning, so students will be involved in brainstorming, writing, and sharing throughout the course. I use power points and visual aids to guide students and keep them engaged in their learning. I also focus on making writing fun, so students will leave each class excited to continue working on their story.
