A list with specific amounts of ingredients will be provided to all learners upon enrollment.
Ingredients: olive oil, onion, garlic, carrots, celery, salt, pepper, bay leaves, crushed tomatoes, dried pasta of your choice
Equipment: 2 big pots (3 quarts or larger), long heat resistant spoon for stirring sauce, chef's knife, and cutting board, colander to drain pasta, can opener for the canned tomatoes.

This is a cooking class that involves the use of knives and a stovetop.  Because of the dangers involved parents must be present in case of accidents, but not on camera for the class.  The live class will take the students from the preparation through the completion of the dish.
