In this 5-week course, students will learn the basic foundations of American Sign Language. Each week, students will learn an integral part of American Sign Language or the Deaf Community (as it pertains to signing; this is a language course). Each week, students will engage with both their peers and their teacher with the ultimate goal of communicating solely through American Sign Language by the end of the 8 weeks. Students are expected to have cameras on and engage with both the teacher...
By the end of the course, students will be able to communicate with American Sign Language and participate in small talk.
