Bastien Level 1, Part II My name is Pam Irwin and I teach music classes on Outschool. I have been a freelance music teacher for many years. I have also taught for several music stores and worked as a classroom music teacher. I currently teach flute, piano, harp, fife and recorder. This class is a continuation of the Bastien Level 1 series. Students should have completed Part I or be familiar with the following positions: Middle C, C position, low and middle G position and F Major position. They should know how to play pieces using quarter notes, half notes, whole notes and eighth notes. They should also know basic dynamic markings like piano, forte, mezzo piano or mezzo forte.
