Discover the inner calmness while creating your own mandala with natural materials. A short introduction will be provided about the history and many uses of a mandala, along with a suggested material list, and a few examples of images. Creating a mandala is a unique and artistic practice that all learners can benefit from. I demonstrate in this tutorial how to create a nature mandala using just a few natural items.
