This class will be a fun filled 55 minute lesson that will allow for discussion, brain storming, writing, and laughter as we dive into the world of writing a paragraph. Students will work together and with the teacher to write a 5-8 sentence paragraph using the 5 W's (who, what, where, when, why) working from a power point to create ideas on paper. The class will start with a quick lesson on the 5 W's and brainstorming ideas to write about. Then we will dive into finding fun and exciting things to write about. I will give the students ample time to write during class and share ideas with each other. This will be a relaxed and fun lesson to allow students to gain confidence in writing and enjoy putting words on paper!
