At Leaves of Learning Academy...💡We Make Math Make Sense!💡

Our small group math classes with licensed, expert math teachers not only support your learner in mastering their math skills, they also:
    ✔️support your learner in building an "I can do this" mindset with math
    ✔️build your learner's confidence with their math skills
    ✔️show your learner that math and problem solving can be fun
    ✔️introduce your learner to ways of thinking about numbers and problem solving that 
         they've never seen before


In this course, we will cover 4th math standards through direct instruction, guided practice, problem solving, games, projects, and Number Talks. This course is ideal for students who have just completed 4th grade and want to strengthen their skills before moving on to 5th, or for higher achieving students entering 4th grade in the fall who want to get a jump start on their 4th grade math skills.

        🧸Week 2 "Bring your favorite stuffed animal to class"
        🎮Week 3 "Game On: We'll begin class with a fun game"

Only teachers trained to teach this class will serve as a possible substitute for the class. A message will be posted in the Outschool classroom before the class takes place in the event a substitute will be teaching.
