In this engaging and laid back ongoing piano lesson, Heidi will teach students how to read music and play piano with excellent comprehension and skill. Heidi focuses on the details from the very beginning, so that dedicated students will develop their independent learning styles quickly. A typical lesson begins with reviewing the assigned music from the previous week before progressing into new songs. Then, Heidi and the student will spend some time together in the theory book. Students will learn how to read music, and they will learn how to play the piano with proper posture, hand and finger positions, and good artistic technique.
Heidi has over twenty-five years of piano experience. She plays everything - from Bach to the Beatles!
