Violin and viola students at intermediate or advanced level are welcome to take private lessons. If you already play and have specific repertoire you want to learn, I am happy to do that. I teach beginners through advanced students and am happy to tailor learning to students' interests. I specialize in audition preparation and ensemble skills, in addition to solo repertoire. In my classes, I foster a love of music and connection through violin or viola playing. Proper technique and posture is covered, along with building skills through graded repertoire. Learners MUST have an appropriate size violin or viola to start lessons. If you need guidance on this, please get in touch and I can help you.
