Hi Families!
Welcome to my watercolor alphabet class! I'm so happy you are here!
This 30 minute class will be broken down as follows:
-Introduction
-can you tell me the letters in your name?
-Paper folding
-we will work together, step by step to fold a white sheet of paper into eighths (the folding does not have to be perfect)
-Alphabet writing
-using a white crayon, we will write an uppercase and lowercase letter in each of the eight boxes on our folded paper
...Students will be able to identify letter names, sounds and be able to write the letter with the correct formation.
I have taught in a public school for 10 years, spending time in kindergarten, 1st grade and 3rd grade.

White paper- construction paper preferred but not required Watercolor paints- please make sure the paintbrush is in it before class Water cup- please only put a minimal amount of water in it to avoid big spills Paper towels White crayon Pencil/Paper or Whiteboard/Marker
Students should have the availability of a clean workspace free from clutter since a water cup will be used. Please be sure to only put a small amount of water in their painting cup.
