This class is a Pokemon themed, step by step drawing class.Throughout our hour class time, I will guide each student and teach them how to draw 3-4 new Pokemon. I use a slide-show and also digitally draw out each step, one by one. Everyone will start with basic shapes and lines and then slowly after we go through more and more slides, our drawings will transform into a fully formed Pokemon! After the drawing is completed, I will provide each student with a color guide so they can complete...
It’s my hope that after each class my students will gain more confidence in their drawing abilities as well as, self expression, creative thinking, and basic color theory. Along with that, each student will walk away knowing how to draw their favorite Pokemon.
I have taken many online, and in-classroom drawing, painting, and art theory classes. I have 7 younger siblings, and also have a lot of nanny experience. The kids I care for, my siblings included, have all enjoyed, and benefited from my knowledge of drawing, painting, and art. Having been around children my entire life, I have the patience and positive demeanor necessary to teach young students to draw step by step with a smile. It is a good way for kids to hone in on their artistic and creative potential, while defining their individual aesthetic.
