STEM engages students and equips them with critical thinking, problem solving, creative and collaborative skills. The focus on hands-on learning with real-world applications helps develop a variety of skill sets. Students will learn about the planet as global warming, we will do some hands on project. Students will have to come up with ides of how to solve real life problems like flooding, icing, weather etc. We will go over different topic each week: Week 1: Water as energy, groundwater...
- Students will learn important lessons about the Earth, how to protect the planet. How to recycle. My hands on challenges will teach students how to apply critical thinking, innovation and communication to solve problems.
I’m myself a STEM student at Rutgers University. I have been homeschooling my daughter and doing STEM projects for kids with her weekly.
We will use paper, colors, crayons, scissors, wax paper, cotton balls, straws, aluminum foil, construction paper and water
