All About Spelling is a multi-sensory approach to mastering spelling. It uses the Gillingham approach, which simplifies the English language by focusing on why words are spelled the way they are. My Experience and Why *I* Use Orton-Gillingham /All About Spelling I am certified teacher with a BS and MA in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. I also used All About Spelling to teach my own children. They were successful because it was multi-sensory, engaging, and made sense to them.
This a multi-sensory, hands-on approach to mastering spelling using the Orton-Gillingham approach, which simplifies the English language by focusing on why words are spelled the way they are.
The All About Spelling curriculum is referenced and can be used at home to supplement rules being taught in class. This can be found on the website: https://www.allaboutlearningpress.com/all-about-spelling/ ***Please note...we will NOT be using this curriculum during our class.
