I'm Tricia, a Métis bilingual artist and high school English Literature (ELA) teacher with a passion for music, literature, and education. As a BA graduate of English Literature and Music from the University of Manitoba (2009) in Winnipeg, Canada and an MA graduate of Music from Université Laval (2022) in Quebec City, Canada, I've had the privilege of honing my craft through various performances and competitions. I've won several singing competitions and hold an honours certificate from the Royal Conservatory of Music (2003) in classical voice and piano.


As an educator, I'm dedicated to developing meaningful relationships with learners and helping them achieve their personal learning goals. With over 21 years of experience as a teacher and entrepreneur, I've learned the importance of tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs and interests of each learner. I'm an accredited Kindermusik International teacher (2012), and I've had the opportunity to work with learners of all ages and skill levels.


In addition to my teaching experience, I've also had the chance to pursue my creative passions through various projects, including co-producing the album Tunes for Tots, creating and publishing the children's book What Would You Do If a Friend at You?, and acting as composer, lyricist, and producer of original musicals WAKE UP (2023) and the upcoming SOUL CRUSHING LOVE (2025). I also composed the music of the Bell Fibe TV series BREAK A LEG (2024).


As a mother of four energetic and athletic sons and a resident of Québec City, Canada, I'm grateful for the opportunity to share my passion for music and learning with others. As a previous teenage AA player (1996-2001), I also hold coaching certificates for Baseball and Hockey Canada and enjoy guiding my sons and their peers in their athletic development. 

I'm excited to work with learners who share my enthusiasm for creative expression and personal growth, and I'm committed to helping them achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
