Students will learn essential math concepts ina fun and engaging environment. They will interact with the teacher via video and chat in addition to course materials being attached to the platform for reference. The class is structured to meet one time and will go over the specific needs of math for each student. There will be an in-class activity tailored to the needs of each student in relation to the math concept(s) that are reviewed. Some example topics that can be discussed are the order of operations, place values, long division, etc. The activities will focus on improving the understanding of the given math concept reviewed. Each session will be tailored to the individual student to ensure learning needs are met. Learners will be engaged directly one on one with me to get a tailored experience with direct feedback. There is no required experience learners need. This is a one-time private class where learners can get the most out of how to improve their math skills.

Students will improve their understanding of math concepts and will in turn become much more skilled in math. Learners will be able to learn concepts such as the order of operations, place values, long division, etc.

Hello,
My name is David. I teach a variety of classes including essay writing, general English, and math. My current professional background is in education working with ESL children, and educating high school students about how to write essays. Prior to my current profession, I worked as a higher education administrator and counselor helping prospective students with their applications, current students with their financial aid, and graduate students as a resource for updated financial aid information. I value instilling a fun and interactive approach to teaching that leaves a lasting impact to help my students learn, understand, and apply concepts and approaches that can be used in their daily lives.
