This course is a private tutoring course for Reading. I will work directly with the parents to determine a set of goals for the learner. This course is for learners who may feel more comfortable with specialized attention or an individualized learning plan. We will focus on different word families each week as well as a few sight words. We will put everything that we learned together to read fun and simple stories. As a father to an active 6 year old, I know that learning must be fun. Starting to read early puts your child ahead and helps them start off succeeding. I have a BA in Student Ministry with over a decade experience teaching children and teens. I have taught over 2,000 engaging phonics classes on online platforms and pride myself on never letting kids get bored yet always be learning. I use to hold credentials through the State of Ohio Department of Education (expired).
