I will run traditional ballet class (based on Russian ballet school traditions) which will include: warming-up, working at the barre (if not available, chair or the wall can be used for the support), center, allegro, stretching and cooling down routine. I will include short dance composition at the end of the class for students simply to express joy of the dance. I will be using proper ballet terminology, demonstrate steps (combinations of the steps) and explain proper technique. I will...

Dance exercise requires open safe space; comfortable clothing; ballet shoes are the best choice, if it is not available - non slippery socks or comfortable shoes. Camera - I would need to be able to see students legs and arms for timely corrections.
