The students will learn the names of muscles, proper exercise form, etc.
I have been a certified personal trainer for many years, and I have been an avid fitness enthusiast for over twenty years.  
This is a bodyweight exercise class; the following would greatly improve the student's workout:
- exercise bench, sturdy chair, or a sturdy box
As this is a fitness class, please be sure the following is available for the student:
- Ample space for the student to exercise
- Gym shoes that are tied securely
- Access to water

**Feel free to play music during the class, just keep in mind that you will also need to hear me as well, so don't blare the music too loud!**
