수업 경험

Students will learn the four zones of regulation, how to identify what zone they are in and use strategies to help them self regulate.  
I am a certified in Social Emotional Learning.  I am as certified as a yoga teacher for both kids and adults.
I am also an elementary school teacher and have been using these techniques in my classroom for the past 7 years.
yoga mat or towel
Students will need an open workout space and a yoga mat or a towel.  Students are suggested to stretch prior to class, but will be stretching to warm up in class as well.   Please have your student in flexible attire and socks or barefoot.  A water bottle is suggested to have near by.  Parental guidance is suggested as injuries can occur if not properly supervised.
