The coping skills classes are stand alone and even though they cover different sections of the alphabet, each letter has valuable skills. I am very passionate about lowering the stress level in the body to manage a challenging day. I have collected many valuable skills while throughout the years working in the mental health field. I have worked with many children and adults who have found coping skills helpful to lower day-to-day stress.

There will be a one page handout for most classes. This will be provided to download and print. If a printer is not available a notebook and pencil will be helpful. The learner can bring colored pencils, markers, or crayons to class. If supplies are needed the learner will be informed in advance.
