수업 소개

Students will practice asking and answering questions pertaining to feelings. Games such as matching games will be used to make learning fun. Students will interact with each other and with the teacher to practice hearing, speaking and carrying conversations. Specific grammar patterns will be repeated to assist in understanding and retention during class activities. Content from previous classes will be incorporated.  

The class schedule is as follows:
Week 1: Learn and practice feelings vocabulary
Week 2: Learn and use 'why', 'because' and the verb 'to be able to'
Week 3: Learn how to apologize to others in Chinese
Week 4: Implement everything learned and practice vocabulary and phrases using conversational exchanges. 

Writing work sheets for the vocabulary are available upon request in simplified or traditional Chinese characters as needed.

Nihao!  We teach Mandarin Chinese to children and teens using interactive learning and teaching methods. Our teachers are either native Chinese speakers, have an advanced degree in Chinese and experience teaching, or have lived in a Chinese speaking country extensively and have experience teaching Chinese. Our teachers have a wide range of experience that match them to their respective class groups. Our courses include the use of music, technology, games, culture and learning through play. Each course is designed with age-specific targets and resources. Much research and evaluation is continually embedded into our curriculum to make it as effective and efficient as possible. There's always a way to overcome obstacles in learning, especially in language-learning and we embrace the opportunity help students overcome any obstacles they face. We love our students and we're here to help them succeed.
