수업 소개

영어 수준 - 알 수 없음
미국 9학년 - 12학년 학년
This course is designed for students that have an interest in the human body. Students will engage in interactive lessons and lab activities that provide a strong foundational knowledge of the anatomical systems of the human body. Using movement labs, games, and interactive coloring students will gain a deeper understanding of anatomy and physiology. There will be several craft demonstrations that use tactile and creativity-based learning to maximize information retention. We will also conduct several human body scavenger hunts and activities for a diverse learning approach.

Previous experience in biology is recommended for this course. Students who do not possess prior knowledge in these subject may need extra assistance to retain and understand these topics. I am more than willing to work with students who may need extra assistance if they are interested in the topic.

Each week 1 lecture video will be posted as well as a variety of supplemental learning activities. Fill-in notes will be provided prior to each lecture, so that learners may follow along and retain comprehensive notes for future studies. Each week students will also be encouraged to find and share and anatomy-based fun fact with the group. There will be an optional knowledge check that students may submit for instructor feedback. These fun facts will be combined into a digital booklet at the end of the course. Coloring activities, movement labs, and craft projects will also be posted weekly. Please see the supplies listed.
