📚In this one time class, learners will be introduced to the 2-digit addition process without regrouping.📚

👉🏼This class is perfect for the learner who is ready to learn the process for adding 2-digit numbers together but is not ready for regrouping yet. We’ll make addition engaging, upbeat and encouraging!

C L A S S R O O M   S T R U C T U R E :
  ✏️Community Building: Introductions & Question of the Day
  ✏️Class Introduction: Discuss our learning target of the day and class expectations
  ✏️Instruction: We’ll begin class reviewing place value of tens and ones. We will then move into talking about how to set up an addition equation vertically. The majority of class time will be spent solving 2-digit addition equations. Class will include a gradual release of instruction. I do, We do together, You do independently
  ✏️Class Closing: Class reflection on our learning target and individual reflection on effort
