In this intermediate drawing class, we will demonstrate and practice drawing Spider-Man in a fun and engaging way. This class will teach how to draw him in a semi-realistic style using oval and circle shapes to create the form of his body. He is in a swinging pose, but the principles you learn will equip you to draw him in different poses. You will be able to work at your level, but this class is geared toward a more intermediate level with some drawing experience. We can adapt to make sure...
Students will learn how to draw Spider-Man from the Marvel comics. They will also learn valuable drawing tips in the process. It is open to all levels of drawing skills, but is geared toward students with some drawing experience.
I have always enjoyed art. I spent my high school years in the art classroom as much as my school would allow. In college, I studied Studio Art, learning from the best. For more than a decade, I have been teaching children and teens on a weekly basis, and I love every moment of it.
Please bring a white piece of paper, a pencil, and an eraser. We won't have time to color our drawings in class, but you may wish to have something to color your drawing afterward (colored pencils, crayons, markers etc.).
