In this 1 week class, students will learn about 6 different dinosaurs.  

Lessons will include 3-5 facts, vocabulary, interactive games and activities to check understanding and a short story. This is an ESL Friendly class! 

Students will also receive additional printable resources each week to extend their learning at home.  

Each lesson will feature a Nearpod lesson which will include a mini lesson, vocabulary, matching game, memory game, comprehension game to assess learning, and a short story, and handouts/activities to complete at home including but not limited to word searches, crafts, mini books, writing prompts, coloring pages, connect the dots, color by number, research prompts. We will also have a song each day about the featured dinosaurs. 

Students will learn:

-Dinosaur Diversity: Explore the incredible diversity of dinosaurs that roamed the Earth millions of years ago.

-Anatomy and Behavior: Examine the anatomy, behaviors, and unique features of different dinosaurs, and gain insights into how they interacted with their environment and each other.

By the end of this course, students will not only have a deeper understanding of the science behind dinosaurs but also a renewed appreciation for the marvels of our planet's history and the incredible work that goes into uncovering its secrets. 

There are no live sessions. This class is a week long class and you will have access to the teacher for one week. Responses will be within 24 hours.
