Note: the breathing techniques in this class are based on Lauren Stockly’s Mindful Monsters Therapeutic Workbook, whose permission has been granted to use in my class. In this ongoing class, we’re going to learn about different emotions we experience (worry, anger, sadness, fear, and fear of failure), where we feel them in our body, and how to deal with them...
By the end of this course, we’re going to familiarize ourselves with emotions and we’re going to learn how to perform deep breathing techniques that can help us manage emotions like anger, sadness, worry, fear, and fear of failure.
Learners will need to print out a review and a color-in worksheet before each class. I will upload the worksheets to Classroom one week ahead of time. We will also use paper and crayons.
