Since Childhood I was on medicine like acidity, but unfortunately it became ulcer at later stage, then I got to know about Yoga , and start learning. Not I got rid of medicines, I actually felt more energetic, then I did training and became a instructor, So why I am here is if I would have known about Yoga before , I wish I would have not had that much medicines in my childhood. What I have learnt , I want to share with you all, and trust me Yoga is not journey of weight loss , Yoga is complete exercise of body and mind , it works internally . Attend one session , your perception will be changed.
