This is the FLEX class format for students who might feel more comfortable sharing in an asynchronous environment or can't attend a live section.

This flex class will last 4 weeks. Student will be able to share about the books they're reading and learn about new books from their classmates! Students will read a book of their choice each week, and share about that book with the class through a paper report or video report (their choice). If you love to read, and always looking for another great book to read, this class is for you! 

We will use 4 different book report styles: 

Week 1: Students complete a book report about one of their favorite books with the class, explaining why they love it.
Week 2: Students complete a plot summary book report on a 2nd book.
Week 3: Students complete a book report on a 3rd book, and use a persuasive format, explaining if people should/shouldn't read the book.
Week 4: Students complete a character analysis about a character from a 4th book they have read.

I will post a video each week explaining the next book report. Students have the option to upload their paper book report (take a picture of it or a typed file) or share a video of themselves presenting the book report. I will also provide a book list that we can add to based on students' interests.
