Learners will work on basic bar skills in this fun and exciting bar class! Learners can join this class without previous experience. This class is learner-directed, and lesson plans will be curated to the level of skills of the learners. Learners should have a gymnastics bar to practice all of their skills on. Learners will need a gymnastics bar to participate in this class. There are many options on Amazon that you can purchase. Expect to spend between $60 - $300 for an at-home bar.
Safety is Coach Kaz Gymnastics's number one priority. However, we can never rule out the risk of injury while practicing gymnastics. Please provide a bar with gymnastics mats under the bar for your learner. Please provide enough space for each learner to swing on their bars, away from breakables and solid surfaces.
